musze na szybkiego sprawdzic porpawnosc mego tekstu, zapewne wkradło sie tam kilka błendów xD - prosze o pomoc hehe

Jestem studentem Wyższej Szkoły Informatyki i Zarządzania z siedzibą w Rzeszowie. Obecnie piszę prace dyplomową na temat: "Skuteczności systemów instytucjonalnego wsparcia przedsiębiorczości akademickiej". W jednym z rozdziałów "Doświadczeń azjatyckich" w wyżej wymienionej pracy magisterskiej piszę na temat pomocy rządowej dla przedsiębiorczości akademickiej w Chinach. Dlatego prosiłbym bardzo Państwa o pomoc w dostarczeniu lub w znalezieniu pewnych danych mogących być w posiadaniu ambasady Chińskiej Republiki Ludowej w Polsce które pozwolą mi ukończyć studia.
Ogólnie prosił bym o takie dane jak:

1. Jakie przepisy prawne zostały uchwalone w wyżej wymienionym kraju dla poprawy rozwoju przedsiębiorczości akademickiej. Proszę jeśli to możliwe o nazwy tych ustaw prawnych oraz jakie programy pomocowe zostały wdrożone w życie na ich mocy?
2. Ile pieniędzy rząd Chin przeznaczył na ten cel?
3. Czy administracja rządowa Chin wspomaga jakieś instytucje rządowe i pozarządowe działające na tym polu np. uczelnie, może jakieś inkubatory przedsiębiorczości?
4. Ile firm studenckich powstało dzięki pomocy rządu Chin, ( prosiłbym tutaj o jakieś dane okazujące o ile procent więcej takowych firm powstało po wdrożeniu pomocy rządowej na przestrzeni lat w Chinach? )
Jeszcze raz bardzo proszę o powyższe dane lub jakąś podpowiedź gdzie takowe dane mogę znaleźć? W razie prób kontaktu proszę pisać na adres zwrotny lub dzwonić na telefon: ------------;

Above listed writing thesis about government assistance for the academic enterprise in China, which is why I asked you to help in providing or finding some data that can be held by the Embassy of China in Poland that will allow me to graduate my study.
Overall, I would ask for information such as:

1. What laws were passed in the said country to improve the development of academic entrepreneurship. Please if possible, the names of those laws and the legal aid programs have been implemented that in the lives onto of their power?
2. How much money the Chinese government allocated for this purpose?
3. Is the Chinese government supports some government agencies and non-governmental organizations active in that field such as universities, business incubators?
4. How many students created business with the help of the Chinese government, (I asked you here about some data demonstrating how much more percent of these firms created after the implementation of government assistance over the years in China?)
