Since time immemorial women and men performs different roles. Usually men are perceive as bread winners, and women as a mother and a wife. But this situation is changing now, and roles typical for men and women are mixing. If this trend is good for society?

Women are different than men, they have features that man haven't got, and this features predispose them to perform some role. Women are for example more sensitive, careful, intuitive. Those attributes cause that women are better in many activates than men. For example, in bringing up children. It doesn’t matter that men can't do that, but women simply will do that better.
Moreover men are stronger than women, and this strength is needed in some situation, in which women couldn't manage as fast as men. Society becoming more efficient if men are performing role, in which strength is needed. Men are specializing in doing something, and women in doing other things. This is good because than they can complement each other.
However nowadays more and more women perform roles, which up till now have been domain of man and vice versa. Women increasingly involving in public life, and fulfilling important function.

To sum up, I would like to say, that there are some roles, which must perform men and some, which women. However, women are getting stronger and stronger position in society and it is good, because if women and men are working together, they can achieve much more together.

Moreover men are stronger than women, and this strength is needed in
some situationS, in which women couldn't manage as fast as men. Society
IS becoming more efficient if men are performing A role, in which strength
is needed. Men are specializing in doing 'something' SOME THINGS , and women in doing other things.
However nowadays more and more women perform roles, which up till now
have been WITHIN the domain of man and vice versa. Women increasingly GET involvED in public life, and fulfill important functionS.

To sum up, I would like to say, that there are some roles, which must BE
performED BY men and some, which MUST BE PERFORMED BY women. However, women are 'getting' (napisz slowo ACHIEVING)stronger and stronger positions in society and 'it' this is good, because if women and men 'are working' WORK together, they can achieve much more together.
