I'm sorry that I haven't written to you for a long time. It's becouse I was very busy. I think I've found the perfect flat to rent for you.
It's in a really favouralbe location in Craco. The best thing about it is that it is centrally located, close to the shops, cinema, market, school, public transport etc. Also, the rent for the flat is only 400 per month.
The flat belongs to apartment house. It's quite new. The flat is on the second floor.
Inside, the flat is really spacious. It has two cosy bedrooms, large bathromm, modern fitted kitchen and dining room with fireplace. The flat i fully furnished. The walls are fresh painted. The flat has got a small balcony.
Let me know if you like the sound of it. The flat's owner, Kevin, is my colleague, so you don't need to worry about that.
