W pracy w oparciu o dostępne źródła literaturowe przedstawiono aktualny stan automatyzacji uboju i obróbki poubojowej tusz zwierząt rzeźnych oraz perspektywy dalszego rozwoju.

The technology of slaughter and dressing sides of carcasses has an essential influence on the quality of the gained raw material especially on the quality of meat, as well as the production yield and manufacturing costs. In the thesis basing on the available literature sources the current condition of automation of slaughter and dressing carcasses of slaughter animals as well as perspectives for the future development are presented.
