oświadczenie?

Wita serdecznie!
proszę o pomoc w napisaniu oświadczenia o takiej treści:

Ja imie_nazwisko oswiadczam iz mam na utrzymaniu syna ktory uczy sie w szkole ponadgimnazjalnej w 3 klasie technikum. Do szkoły dojezdza autobusem, roczny koszt dojazdów wynosi ok 1000 zł (250 funtów)
Opłacam także nauke córci, która studiuje na 5 roku na Uniwersytecie Adama Mickiewicza. Nie pracuje. Opłata za studia wraz z dojazdami wynosi około 5 tys. złotych PL (1000 f)
Dołączam kopie zaświadczeń o nauce dzieci.

I declare that I have to maintain two children. The younger son goes to a secondary school, he is in third grade technical school. Son commutes to school by bus. The annual cost of travel and the purchase of books and other materials to the school is about 2000 zł (£ 500).
My older daughter is not working, she is studying at university. Tuition fees for university together with the costs of transport to school is about 5000 zł (L2000)


I attach the copy of certificate from school and university.
