In Poland we observe lower tendency in employment teachers because of the demographical changes, and in the effect a lot of teacher may lost work places in the future.

ja bym proponował tak;

Takie umiejscowienie wydaje się być logiczniejsze, gdyż gdy usuniemy zdanie wtrącone, nadal zdanie jest zrozumiałe:

In Poland the decreasing tendency in teachers employment is observed.
