The first city in Słupsk
The oldest cities in Pomeranian became at the beginning of 7. century, but the city in Słupsk is dated for 9. century. There lived only Slavonic people and they attended to agriculture, fishing, raising and metallurgy. When the dynasty of Piast started to rule, they liquidate small cities from 8. century and formed a big city. The settlement started to be a political centre. It also defend people from the invaders. The city was on the conical hill, near Słupia river. The hill was surrounded by today’s streets: Partyzantów, Grunwaldzka, Henryka Pobożnego and Kościelna. The surface of the city was about 50 m2.

The hospital
The St. Jerzy hospital was the second (after St. Ghost hospital) in Słupsk. It was built about 14. century, we don’t know exact date. It was located near today’s council. The building was short and long, it didn’t survive until today. It gave help the ill and needy people. Near this were meadows which belonged to the hospital. There was also St. Jerzy chapel from 15. century, which has got eight sides. It was triple rebuilt and in 1912 was carried to today’s Kostkowskiego Square near Jagiełły Street.

Aaaa. Jeszcze jedno. Wie ktoś jak jest wrzeciono po angielsku??? W żadnym slowniku nie moge tego znaleźć.
The oldest cities in 'Pomeranian' (albo Pomerania albo in the Pomeranian district/area) 'became' BEGAN at the beginning of '7' (tylko, ze wielkow to nie piszemy tak - VII century, but the city 'in' OF Słupsk 'is dated' DATES 'for' TO THE '9' IX century. (Jak kiedykolwiek czytasz jakies ksiazki, to prosze zwroc uwage, jak sie pisze wieki)
...There lived only Slavonic people and they attended to agriculture, fishing, raising and metallurgy.
When the 'dynasty of Piast' PIAST DYNASTY started to rule, they liquidateD small cities from '8' VIII century and formed a big city. The settlement 'started' (lepsze slowo began) to be a political centre. 'It' (to znaczy?) also 'defend' (tutaj czas przeszly, gdzie dodajemy -ed do reg. czasown) people from the invaders. The city was on the conical hill, near THE Słupia river. The hill was surrounded by today's streets: 'Partyzantów' (niestety to tez trzeba po ang), 'Grunwaldzka, Henryka Pobożnego and Kościelna' (ulice jak tylko mozesz to tez po ang).
The surface of the city was about 50 'm2' (to pojecia dla przecietnego Anglika nic nie mowi - tylko 50metrow- tos to malenkie bylo to city-nie wieksze jak mieszkanie?).

The St. 'Jerzy' (znajdz ang. odpowiednik) hospital was the second (after 'St. Ghost' (cos tu nie tak- napisz to po polsku-pomyslimy) hospital in Słupsk. It was built 'about' (nie, tak nie mowimy - mowimy around the XIV century, we don't know THE exact date.
The building was 'short and long' (tutaj cos dziwnego jest-) it didn't survive until today. It gave help TO the ill and needy people.
There was also St. 'Jerzy' (po ang) chapel from '15' XV century, which has 'got eight sides' (a jak sie nazywa building ktory ma 8 sides?)
It was 'triple rebuilt' (nie, tutaj rebuilt three times) and in 1912 was carried to today's 'Kostkowskiego' (po ang) Square near 'Jagiełły' (po ang) Street.
