Horrible Holiday sprawdzenie

Witam, mógłby ktoś sprawdzić to krótkie opowiadanie. Miały być w nim użyte ''expressions with take and phrasal verbs with take'' i proszę o ewentualne poprawienie ;)

Horrible Holiday
The holiday I am writing about was the worst in my life. It happened three years ago. I was on winter holiday in Italy with my family.
We drove to Val di Sole -a town in northern Italy, the best place to take up skiing. My parents took a decision to stay in five stars hotel next to ski slope. First we accommodated in guesthouse and the owner took us up to our rooms. I changed my clothes. Just then I went to visit a town. In the afternoon we went skiing, it was very cold and windy. I took a risk and skied very long hours. It was a bad decision. In the evening I felt very bad, I had a headache, cough. My dad took me to the doctor. He said I’m cold. I had to take a medicine. After this we come back to the hotel. My mum took care of me to the end of holiday.
At the end I stated that it was the worst holiday of my life, because I took a chance and it ended badly for me

'Just then' (to jest zle - tutaj oczekujemy ze cos sie stalo) I went to visit a town.
I took a risk and skied FOR very long. 'hours' (niepotr).
In the evening I felt very bad, I had a headache(,) AND A cough.
He said 'I’m' (nie, to jest zle, mowimy I HAD A cold. I had to take 'a' (uzyj SOME) medicine. After this we 'come' CAME back to the hotel.
'At the end' (napisz to inaczej....CONCLUDING I (previously) stated that it was the worst holiday of my life, because I took a chance and it ended badly for me
