I must express my dissatisfaction with a climate in your restaurant. When I have read the advertisement in a newspaper about this restaurant I thought that it will be a good idea to invite there my best friend for his 18 birthdays.
Firstly, in the newspaper was written: Very kind staff, tasty food and modern decoration – this is all about our restaurant. In fact, waiters are calm and impolite. When I asked something, the waiter says only yes or no. Secondly, the chef was wearing dirty apron. It looked awfully. Also a waiter had dirty hands. I thought that it is impossible in a restaurant. As you see, there is a many differences in a live and in the advertisement.
I hope it will be possible for apologize me and recompense. I think, you would change that for the better for the next guests.
