Dear Mrs Cowan,

My name is XYZ and I am representative of the school name A. Mickiewicza in Belchatow in Poland.
In response to your letter I would like to answer the questions raised by Mrs.
First I would like to answer the question of town and country regions where we are going to visit.
Fisrt we are going to fly to Warsaw, Polish capital. Next, students going to Krakow, Gdansk and Suwałki. And last week, they will be living in Belchatow. Where each student will be living with a Polish family.
About visas, students from your country must not have visas, beceuse our country are in schengen zone. But bring International Student Identity Card is good idea, beacause if any student will be lost, she or he will be quickly found.
Please let me know if there is any future information you would like to have. If you have any question, I will be happy to answer it.
I hope that student exchange goes smoothly and everyone will be happy.

Yours sincerely,
XYZ

Z góry dziękuję. Pozdrawiam.
