A report. CAE level.

Hi! Good night or good morning. Suit yourselves.
I was supposed to write a report. This was a task:

"You have been asked to write a report for an international research company about the nature and quality of advertising in your country.
You should:
- describe some of the positive and negative aspects of two different forms of advertising in your country.
- say how effective these advertising methods are.
- suggest one or two changes which could be introduced to counter the negative aspects"

Should someone correct it, I would appreciate that.

Advertising in Poland and its effectiveness

Introduction

The purpose of this report is to present the nature and quality of advertising industry in Poland, by specifying some common types of commercials: leaflets and newspaper advertisements.

Countless throwaways

Nowadays, we encounter flyers constantly, which is obviously an advantage of this particular method, confirming its superior status in outdoor marketing.
Yet, on the other hand, with most surveys conducted revealing considerable high number of interviewed, are irritated after receiving one and assert to throw it away instantly. Environmental issues connected with littering might be included as a shortcoming.
Nevertheless, advertising companies claim that leaflets are enormously effective as a short-time outdoor medium of direct marketing. What is more, that is enormously inexpensive, relatively to the profits.

Newspaper advertising

Surprisingly, probably one of the oldest advertisement types in modern times is invariably successful.
Despite inventing innumerable up-to-date marketing mediums, press is a direct way to a customer, and it might be targeting both locally and globally. Additionally, we tend to keep our newspapers for a long time, making them a constant advertising.
Unfortunately, some potential vendees may find press marketing significantly obsolete. It might be crucial in developing a project towards the twenty-year-olds.

Recommendations

Improvement could be made to both mediums. Leaflets should look more appealing and more well-thought-out, since it might be a waste of money to print litter. Making them useful by adding some relevant information which is unrelated to advertisement, could be a solution. Newspapers, on the other hand, should concentrate on adapting to younger generation expectations.
