I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recived in your hotel 3 weeks ago.
Firstly, I needed help with luggage and there was no porter.
In addition the room service was unreliable. I ordered dishes and it took over one hour to arrive them and the dishes were cold.
To make matters worse, air condition in room did not work.
As you can image I was really upset and angry about whole experience. I expect half-refund on stay in your hotel. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as it possible.
