As a 'college student, students' (popatrz jeszcze raz na to i sama pomysl co tu jest nie tak) have to adapt to change by developing positive habits.'For that they' (po jakiemu to jest?) can reach their goals as easy as 'it' (it odnosi sie do 'goals'-to dlacego jest w l. poj?) should be. Developing positive habits 'can' (zle slowo) improve your success in your career, 'yet' (calkowicie zle slowo) you will face many difficulties while changing your lifestyle, 'but' (niepotr) it will help you (cos brak) deal with your own career building and 'makes' (hello-najpierw 'fzce' a pozniej 'makes' - cos tu nie tak) you more responsible' about' (zle slowo) your own achievement.
First of all, (brak przedimka) student has to adapt to change, so he or she can reach their goals. For that, the best thing 'for adaptation is to adapt' (maslo maslane) 'a long time' (tego nie rozumiem) with respect to your motivation, for example, if you want to go 'to' (zle slowo) (cos brak) vacation in the summer, and you 'still in the being' (tego nie rozumeim) of the winter, 'so you' (cos tu nie tak) will decide to save money for the vacation, which 'it' (niepotr) will take a long 'term' (zle slowo). Then whatever goals you wanted to achieve 'for it successfully' (po jakiemu to jest?) write it down, then post it 'were' (zle slowo) ever you want (cos brak) that you can read it. Reading it will help you 'in making' (MAKE)(make jest zlym slowem tutaj) 'reasons' (zle slowo) why (brak pare slow) to achieve that goal. Tell yourself that you are doing the best by doing the best you can in your 'adaptation' (zle slowo). 'It' (no, do czego to 'it sie odnosi?) helps by encouraging yourself that you can do better than what you are doing. For the last step for the adaptation know your obstacles, so you can solve them or 'make a solution' (cos tu nie tak).
"Seizing the initiative can make all the difference between winning and 'loosing.' (zle slowo)"( Thomas Davis III), which means THAT change creates opportunity for people who recognize and seize it. You have to start with small steps one by one; don't change your 'life style' (jeden wyraz lifestyle) in one day, (cos tu brak) then you will hate doing it. "Seeing is the first step, seizing the second, and continuously innovating is the third." (Christopher Meyer), here Meyer shows the steps for changing (ale co? kogo?) which 'creates' (to ma sie zgadzac z 'steps', 'steps creates?) innovation or opportunity. Think positive, you will reach you goal, like if you were in (cos brak) challenge don't worry or you will lose it; put in your mind that you will make it whatever the challenge was, especially if 'where doing' (co to?) a hard assignment. You need to practice 'along time' (zle pojecie), because developing positive habit is not (cos brak) easy as people think.
One of the MOST important thingS in developing positive habits is making a schedule, as the writer 'said' (niestety, to niema sensu, ktos kto pisze' writer' nic nier mowi tylko sugeruje, states) that you have to start with step by step (cos brak) , also he 'said' (zmien) that you have to make a schedule that organizeS (dlaczego robisz glupie bledy - nie wiesz kiedy dac czasownika 3os.l.poj - a to jest podstawowa rzecz) your work; putting them in the head is not enough, while writing a schedule helpS you and encourages you to develop you habits as the 'plan you write 'it' (niepotr) in the schedule (to zdanie sie gubi - jest za dlugie). Finally, measure your progress and report it; it is really important to measure your progress, which 'it' (po co to 'it' wklejasz tam gdzie nie jest ono proszone) allows (komu?) to see that you are actually improving in your career.
Overcome resistors to making changes :
There is no doubt that 'changing (nie, change moze byc important, ale nie changing, changing to ja robie jak sie rozbieram i ubieram) is important for our life. Everybody in the world tries to change himself to BE better (to jest nie prawda - wiele ludzi tego nie robi). For this reason we are going to show in our project the importance of 'changing' (dlaczego nie rozumiesz ze tu ma byc 'change') in our life and the causes of it, why people resist the change, and how can we change ourself.
A lot of people have (cos brak) fear of change 'in' (zle slowo) a large scale such as the volunteer nonprofit organizations we participate in, in business, and in society in general. Changing is a fact and 'a real thing' (nie, to jest nieprawda, the real thing to jest Coca Cola) which 'is' (niepotr) takeS place in our life. For example, you can encounter 'the' (niepotr) changes which 'is' (co to? zakochalas sie w tym 'is' czy cos) happen in our life such as 'in' (zle slowo) the university that you study in, in the place that you work in, in the markets and in the malls that you go shopping at 'it' (no i po co to 'it tutaj jest), and in the schools that your 'relative or your friends study' (dziwne pojecie) in.
.....Many things in our life can be good or bad such as changing....(to zdanie niema sensu).
Usually, changes make a positive progress in our life if we make 'it' (ale przeciez to 'it' ma sie zgadzac z 'changes') in the right way. But sometimes, it can also be counterproductive if we make 'it' (do czego to it sie odnosi?) in the wrong way.
There are many reasons for the change, but according to Bryce there are three mean reasons for the change which 'is' (ladnie, no ladnie, piszesz 3 reasons a pozniej 'is') :
(1)- Political/Government influences: when government change (ale co?) or make new rules, regulations and laws.
(3)- Competitive/Economic Influences: competitive influences make you try to be better than someone so you have to change(no, no, no - I don't have to change, I don't have to do anything, napisz, ze przydalo by sie gdybys pomyslal o change). Economic influences make you try to have better 'economically' (zla czesc mowuy) situation to raise your 'life level' (zle pojecie, napisz to inaczej) or to have (cos brak) better life for you and for your family. (Bryce, 2005)
Changes in our life are in three degrees which is 'Radical' (a dlaczego to jest duza litera), moderate and subtle. 'We ' (od kiedy ty jestes 'we' ?) will explain each degree 'alone' (zle slowo). Firstly, we are going to talk about (cos brak) subtle change which is a kind of change which is not clear for 'another people' (zle) because it 'is' (dlaczego, piszesz 'is' a pozniej dajesz rzeczownik l. mnogiej?) simple changes.
....For instance, when you come to the university or to the work place with a new hair style or a new dress code...(to nie jest zdaniem, brakuje konca). 'This changes' (popraw) is not clear because it is repeated daily. Secondly, we will talk about moderate change which is a kind of change which is not 'completely change' (zle), but great ones such as changing our policies and changing our material which is affecting 'in' (niepotr) our life. Finally, we will speak about radical change which is a 'completely' (zla czesc owy) change such as changing our religion, marriage and divorce.
There are a lot of factors that make the people resist the changes 'like' (znowu to moje ulubione 'like' tutaj napisz SUCH AS- bo wymieniasz cos, a nie piszesz ze cos 'lubisz'):
People are creatureS of habit.
People resist 'the' (zle slowo) change when the reason of the change is not necessary, when it is not clear or when it is unknown.
People feel connected to other people who are still (cos brak) in the old ways.
People resist 'the' (zle slowo) change when the benefits of making the change are not good enough.
There is a big different between the respecting of school and 'the' (po co to 'the' tutaj) university. 'And' (nie zaczynaj 'bad habits' nie pisz 'and' na poczatku zdania, poczytaj dokladnie o funkcji 'and' w zdaniu) maybe 'the respecting of school can be non militant' (tego nie rozumiem).
There are some respecting'token' (zle slowo i ma byc w l. mn) from school and 'been did in the' (co to?) university like cheating, 'attendants' (o jakich ludziach tutaj piszesz?), 'unrespecting' (popraw) the rules, respecting other (co?) .
.....For changing some habits we should change our attitude by changing our habits:...(maslo maslane, maslanka, margaryna)
