It is 'a ' (niepotr) common knowledge, that some of the drugs have less serious side effects than 'the' (niepotr) others.
There are a few countries which have allowed their 'inhabitants' (slowo ok, ale cos mi nie gra) to use soft drugs.
First and foremost, taking (tutaj napisz czy 'soft' czy 'hard' czy 'all') drugs leads to health problems. Lungs, kidneys and liver can suffer from them and become unable to work 'correctly' (ja lubie 'properly').
In this aspect they hardly 'do not' (niepotr- bo to zmienia zdanie) differ from 'drinks based on alcohol' (lepiej 'alcoholic drinks') or cigarettes. In addition, some of the soft drugs have 'their' (niepotr) usage in medicine. They are an effective treatment, which may heal specific illnesses (daj przyklady). Last, but not least, purchasing drugs 'does not make' (nie, cos nie tak, lepiej 'is not a') problem 'in' (niepotr) these days.
(mozna tez dodac, ze gdyby byl VAT na 'oficjalnej' sprzedazy, to kraj bylby bogatszy)
However, in my opinion it is still 'to' (blad ortog) early to introduce such a solution.
