Following our yesterday’s telephone conversation I confirm that we will arrive at the Manchester airport on August 7 around 5 p.m. We will be staying for four days, because on Monday we have *) very important business meeting in London.

Therefore, please book a double room at the Lowry Hotel in Manchester for four nights and also at the South Place Hotel in London for only one night.

We will probably have a lot of baggage so we would appreciate if you could pick us up from the airport.

* Tak, Simple Present jest tutaj jak najbardziej na miejscu, jeśli mówisz nie o swoich własnych planach na najbliższą przyszłość, zaaranżowanych przez Ciebie (wtedy byłby Present Continuous), lecz o tym co zostało postanowione przez kogo innego, a do czego Ty musisz się dostosować.
