Kilka zwrotów, czy można tak powiedzieć?

I'm just writing with my friend from Germany, and I don't know I can use this phrase:
"Things are going good here", to mean "I'm okay" . If not, what can I write instead of "I'm okay/all right/ fine"?


And second question, how could I write this sentence:
"We could sometimes speak/talk by/on the/on skype?"

I'm beginner in English, so if I did any mistakes on this topic, please correct me.

I have one more question. When I'd like ask her, why she didn't write to me last time, should I use simple past or present perfect?

Is my thought good, that i should use present perfect, because she wrote to me last time 2 months ago, so it was in past, and lasted some time until this day ?

co znaczy 'last time' w pierwszym pytaniu? 'ostatnio"?
