Today I ate two bananas and a plate of cornflakes with milk for breakfast. Everyday I eat for breakfast a natural jogurt with raisins.

For dinner I ate brown rice with broccoli and chicken breast. I belive, it is very good source of protein and carbs.

Between meal I often eat apples. I like the fruits.
