Nowadays many of us want to have a pet. Many of us buy a pet in a illegal market, but there are also a lot of people who want to have a pet from shelter. If you want for instance a dog from shelter, you have to prove that you have appropriate condidions for dog. You also have to prove that you have some time to take care an animal.
On the one hand, there are several arguments for restrict conditions to adopt an animal. First of all, people ,who give a pet someone,have to know that this animal will be have appropriate conditions for exist. For example, people, who dont have enough space and money, musn't have a pet! Furthermore people who works in a shelter, have to know that a pet will have safety area enough. For instance there are people who beat theirs animals, consequently some of animals die.
On the other hand there are also many arguments against restrict conditions. Firts of all the adopting proces take a lot of time. Some people dont want to wait for a pet so they decide to buy a pet illegal. Moreover you dont know when the control come to your house.
To sum up there are clearly strong arguments for and against restrict conditions to adopt a pet. Personally I think the adopting proces should be faster and there should be also less restrictive conditions to adopt animal
