Today we live very fast, we worker to much, and oft we forget about most important thinks in our live so keep work-life balance are very hard. In last year increasingly people have social problems with workaholism and burnout. In this essay, I am going to argue that harmony between work and life are possible but often we forgotten about a few most important rules. I would like provide some tips which will help keep work-life balance in live.
First and foremost we should schedule whole week. We will write all mantles, meetings so that whole day a couple minutes for relax. When we have this list we will feel less stress, because don’t forget about a something important.
