The goal of this thesis was 'confirmation' (to ascertain the interaction presence) of the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya 'interaction presence' (w zlym miejscu) in the Au/Co/NiO system, where the Co layer is ferromagnet with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy, and the NiO layer is antiferromagnet.
'In the previous work performed' (previous work by) in the Institute of Molecular Physics Polish Academy of Sciences 'it was' (niepotr) demonstrated, that in the Au/Co/NiO system domain walls of the Néel type with the clockwise chirality 'was found' (existed) and 'it' (nie rozumiem do czego to 'it sie odnosi) was connected with the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction.
'In this thesis' (nie rozumiem po co to tutaj jest - przeciez to jest jasne) In order to 'confirm' (verify) this a modified method presented in '[1]' (tego nie rozumiem - gdzie napisales co bylo w 1?). was used. This method 'bases' (is based) on AN analysis of the domain walls nucleation process by using the polarizing magnetooptical microscope. The measurements 'we' (zle slowo) performed for the patterned layered system with triangle shape. Here, a modification of this method based on an 'analyze' (dokoncz slowo) of the magnetization process using magnetooptical hysteresograph for a net of micrometric triangle 'was proposed' (to jest wazne i powinno byc najpierw z zdaniu. Robisz to wszystko arse over tit). This approach allows easier and faster way to study 'his' (ale kogo? Nie wymieniles zanych osob tutaj) strength and the direction of the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction. In this work micrometric structures based on the Au/Co/NiO thin film system, which were fabricated using the electron beam lithography and the lift off method by means of magnetron sputtering and the pulsed laser deposition (tutaj brakuje co sie stalo, jaka jest 'conclusion' tego.`.
' It' (alw wczesniejsze zdanie mowi o 2ch faktach? dlaczego tutaj l. poj?) proved, that in this system clockwise chirality is favored by the strong Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction, which is D = 2,66 ± 0,07 [mJ m-2]. It is postulated, that this type of 'the' (zly przedimek) interaction might be the result of an interaction between spins of Co and NiO through oxygen atom.
