I am writing to complain about the manner in which we were treated in your Hotel at Downing Street (ale kiedy? trzeba dopisac) .
We can’t 'confirm it' (nie, bo nie to miales na mysli, mozna dopisac...agree with this statement) judging from our stay. My family and I booked 'a' (niepotr) room 205 (for....napisz keidy) . 'Non' (zle slowo, tutaj 'no') beds in the room were made (ale kiedy...when we arrived). A hotel maid that we found on our floor (Tatiana Jenkins) treated us badly.
When asked to make the beds in our room she answered that she was busy working and added that we could do that 'on' (nei rozumiem uzycia tego slowa tutaj, niepotr) ourselves.
I felt 'disappointed' (tutaj mozna wiecej...) and asked to see the manager. He appeared an hour later suggesting that we could order lunch without having to pay for it – just as an apology for THE 'not made' (nie, slowo jest 'unmade') beds.
What is more there was a conspicuous fingerprint (tutaj mozna dodac 'visible') on the butter. In this situation (tutaj mozna dodac.. for hygenic reasons) we only ate THE eggs.
We think Tatiana Jenkins contravened her duty (by...being rude and unhygenic) and we hope you will take the appropriate measures against this maid in order to prevent her from similar acts (ale kiedy? mozna dodac ...in the future).
