Proszę o sprawdzenie, czy dobrze zrewritowałem sentencje przy użyciu hsdone.

1. Did you tell the shop deliver the sofa for you?
--> Did you tell the shop to have the sofa delivered?
2. The man had asked the porter to take his luggage to his room.
--> The man had asked the porter to have luggage taken to his room.
3. When will your glasses be made?
--> When will you have glasses made?

--> A problem shared "is said to be" a problem halved.
2. Someone should tell Pauline about the new arrangements. "be"
--> Pauline "should be told" about new arrangements.
3. They will give lily a pay rise this month. "be"
-->Lily "will be given" a pay rise this month

pierwsze dwa sa zle. Chodzi o to, żeby usunąć z tych zdan shop i porter (ewent. można dodac na końcu 'by the shop/porter')

teraz tak, lae jeszcze kilka uwag:
1. Did you tell the shop {to} deliver the sofa for you? - tam powinien byc wprowadzony bezokolicznik, czyli slowko 'to'

When will you have {your} glasses made? - brak przymiotnika 'your'
Pauline "should be told" about {the} new arrangements. - brak przedimka 'the'

zwracaj uwage na wszystkie slowa, bo to sie moze skonczyc obnizeniem oceny

Bardzo dziękuję za pomoc i wskazówki. Mam jeszcze problem z 3 wyrażeniami:
1. The band's new single has just been recorded
--> The band has just had new single recorded.
2. The windows will be cleaned.
--> (Tu mam problem, bo nie wiem co z podmiotem)
I will have the windows cleaned. ?
3. The lock hast to be fixed.
--> (to samo)
I have to have the lock fixed. ?

1. czegos brakuje przed 'new single'
2 ok
3 ok

pozostale tez ok, ale ja tez nie wiem, co ma by tam podmiotem - no i 'hast' mialobyc 'has'

faktycznie brakuje tam jakiegos elementu

Chodzi o "their"?

moze byc 'their', ale rowniez 'a'

W pierwszych dwóch zdaniach zmienił się kontekst po 'przeróbce', ie...
...1. Did you tell the shop TO deliver the sofa for you? nie znaczy to samo co 1. Did you have the sofa delivered?

niestety w cwiczeniach to znaczy to samo.

Zrób ćwiczenie na parafrazy, w którym wszystkie pary zdań będą idealnie równoznaczne znaczeniowo.
Dostałbyś chyba za to wstęgę chana Turkiestanu.

Bo im w cwiczeniach nie chodzi o dokladna informacje tylko o prawidlowe przeksztalcenie w causative have. W zyciu powiemy tak jak nam potrzeba dyktuje.

a wystarczyłoby dopuścić użycie ask w obu zdaniach
did you ask to have...
the man had asked to have...

ale wtedy nie mozna by było ćwiczyć użycia have w tej konstrukcji w różnych czasach
