Nowadays we are 'all the time in hurry' (zla kolejnosc slow..we are in a hurry...), and nobody thinkS about what we should eat and when. Fast foods are very 'famous' (nie, chyba masz na mysli popular) and it's a very good business. We forget that in 'this food' (nie, lepoiej this type of food) THERE are many chemical substances, animal fatS, not enough micro-elements and vitamins.
'Advantages of fast food?' (nie, napisz to jako pelne pytanie)
'Lack!' (nie rozumiem tego pojecia) Of course we can say that IT IS a good thing
that we can eat something fast. So THAT IS one good side of fast food.
And MAYBE from time to time we can do this. But not every day!
'Disadvantages?' (napisz cale zdanie) 'Moreover' we will be fat and unhealthy. SpecialistS (bo jest wiecej jak jeden) in this field say that if we eat fast food too often, (to znaczy ile razy na tyg) our society will be obese, we will get tumourS, sclerosis, heart and liver diseases.
'Because' (ja cos nie lubie zaczynac zdan z 'because' chociaz to juz jest przyjete - lepiej Bearing this in mind) we should think about the way we put together our daily menu. We 'shall' (SHOULD) eat a lot of fresh vegetables and fruit. The specialistS 'advice' (sprawdz jak to slowo sie pisze) us to do 'it' (ale co?) 5 times a day. We should drink 'not gaseous'(still?) water, eat dark bread and poultry meat as well as fish.
Then our body will get what it needs to grow healthy - and we will
look well and 'be happy' (tak, ale McDonald wtedy padnie bo nikt tam nie bedzie chodzil)
It is difficult to explain 'this all' (ALL THIS) to young people. Sitting in Mc.
Donald and KFC or other fast food TYPE restaurant ...
