• Which offers a better service, public or private medicine ?

In our coutry (Poland) we have different two health services. The state service NFZ and the private doctors. They are often in an union.
In my opinion, the privat service, is much better than the public service. But on the other hand it’s stupid po pay for the doctor if we pay the tax for the public service.
The biggest disadvantage of the public service the lines in the hospital. For example it we fall ill, we don’t want to wait for about 3 months for the doctor. In this situation we are looking for a good clinical pratice. In such a clinic we have a very nice attendants. But our smile will end when we see the bill. The costs of private clinics are very huge. However, if the NFZ is going on strike we have no choice and we must take the private clinic. What is more, they won’t throw us out after 2 days, like the public service do.
So once again in conclusion: If we are very sick and we can’t wait we have to go to a private doctor. But if we can wait and we are patient – we should go to the public hospital.

Sure, if we they don’t charge a fortune – why not?
As I sad before, if we don’t have time or patient we have to go to a private doctor. We should have a different alternative apart from the NFZ.
In a public clinic doctors are earning small money. It not fair, because the studied a lot on the university and they merit that money. So I thing that priavate medicine is OK.

In such a clinic we have 'a' (niepotr) very nice attendants. But our smile will SOON end when we see the bill. The costs 'of private clinics' (nie of private clinics..ale od 'medical attention in private clinics') are very huge. However, if the 'NFZ is going on strike' (nie, NFZ nie idzie na strike, na strike ida lekarze, itd) we have no choice and we must 'take' (chyba go to) the private clinic. What is more, they won't 'throw us out' (moze lepiej ...ask us to leave)after 2 days, like the public service do.

'Sure' (tego sie nie pisze - to jest kolokw), if we they don't charge a fortune - why not?
As I 'sad' (ortog) before, if we don't have time or 'patient' (zle slowo) we have to go to a private doctor.
In a public clinic doctors are earning 'small' (moze lepiej inadequate, insufficient) money. It IS not fair, because 'the' (ortog) studied a lot 'on' AT the university and they merit 'that' (ale jakie? chyba duze?) money.
So I 'thing' (ortog) that 'priavate' (ortog) medicine is OK.
