Umowa, w tym wszelkie aneksy lub załączniki powołane w treści Umowy i załączone do niej, z których każdy włączony jest do Umowy do wszystkich celów, stanowią całość porozumienia osiągniętego między stronami w odniesieniu do treści Umowy i nie istnieją żadne oświadczenia, porozumienia lub umowy dotyczące niniejszej Umowy, które nie są w pełni wyrażone lub nie stanowią części Umowy przez powołanie w jej treści. Żadna zmiana, uchylenie lub zwolnienie z Umowy lub jakiejkolwiek Umowy Serwisowej nie zostanie uznane za ważne, jeśli nie będzie sporządzone na piśmie i podpisane przez upoważnionego przedstawiciela strony, wobec której dochodzone jest wprowadzenie takiej zmiany, uchylenia lub zwolnienia.
The Agreement, including all of its appendices or addenda, referenced herein and annexed hereto, each of which is incorporated into the Contract with reference to all the objectives of the Agreement, set forth the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties regarding the subject matter hereof and there are no other representations, understandings or agreements which are not fully expressed or made a part of the Agreement by reference herein. No modification, revocation or waiver of this Agreement or any Maintenance Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing and signed by authorized representative of the Party against whom enforcement of such modification, revocation, or waiver is sought.
