I'm writing to complain about my terible trip provided by your trael agency one mounth ago. I' ve been to Portugal.Firstly, I would like be in three stars (3*) but I was in two stars hotel (2*).Secondly,over there not be swimming- poll for the hotel.In addition air conditioning in our room was broken.
I would like take a rest in a sunny, confortable adn wonderfull place! I wish return my money or get ticket on a new fantastic trip for free!
