I am writing to complain about the terrible service I have received from British Railway. I was going from Jawiszowice to Warsaw on fifth of December .
The train was delayed two hours. I got a cold, due to the fact that I had to spend two hours outside. In addition, the train broke down in Chrzanów and we had to wait three hours until servicemen repair an electric locomotive. As a result, I didn't catch the plane to Moscow. Rainer do not allow to rebook tickets, so I had to buy the new ticket and look for any vacant room. When I was at the railway office they told me that they could not repair the locomotive quicker due to lack of serviceman. This explanation is not enough for me.
I demand for refunding me the cost of accommodation in the hotel and a new ticket. I am looking forward to your reply and my money back.
