Unemployment rates ARE still 'going up' (a dlaczego nie 'increasing albo 'rising?) therefore more and more people 'don't' (ja wole DO NOT)
have work and any prospects for the future. The worst is that 'we' (to znaczy kto? ty? ja? facet z ulicy?), and especially THE government 'doesn't' (jak uzywasz 'we'-to musi sie zgadzac 'we don't' ) care about it enough and THE situation of people who are out of work is getting worse every year. For this
reason many Polish PEOPLE emigrate abroad in search of A job.
They can get Income Support, (ja lubie przecinek przed 'but') but this is usually toO little money to live on. Here I have LISTED some proposals
how to 'deal with' (moze inaczej...how to overcome?) this.
Firstly the Polish Government should support more small and medium
SIZED firms.
The government should create AN educational system which giveS (system-it-3os.l.poj) people A chance to BE educateD in THE direction they would like to. This could give us more experts in concrete branchES of industry, not only employees who can do many things, but nothing well.
The unemployed may also look for a part-time job, look for job 'by' IN private employment agencies or 'by' IN the newspapers. Unfortunately a lot
of the unemployed don't research the 'job' (czy masz na mysli vacancies?). They register in the Employment Office and get Income Support, 'becouse' (no, no, - a tak to dobrze szlo - tutaj masz blad - prosze to slowo poprawic) it's the easiest way.
Another way to deal with this problem is to reduce bureaucracy in
THE founding OF new businessES. What is more the government should decrease INCOME tax for 'emploers' (ortog) who form new work positions. These two postulates would certainly help unemployed people in 'founding' FINDING new workplaceS.
....situation of people without work can be improved and it should THIS be our aim for THE forthcoming year.
