Bardzo prosze o sprawdzenie listu

Dear Madame,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a meal I ate in your restaurant.

Firstly, I was unable when I sit down for the meal and I discovered that a salad was not fresh more over vegetables had not been washed I was found pieces of dirt on the lettuce leaves. That was a distasteful.
I was still hungry so I order to apple pie. Of course I had to wait for my meal for another half an hour. Finally, I got it. Unfortunately, apple pie was stale and dry. I was angry so I called waiter. He claimed that it had been freshly becouse that was made that morning but I thnik he was lied!
I resolved to order steak but i was dissapointed becouse it was tough and chewy. Weiter brough me another steak which was as bad as the first one!

as you will realise, I am thoroughly disgusted with the experience your restaurant provided. I expect a substantial refund.

Firstly, I was unable (to do what?) when I 'sit' SAT (czas przeszly) down for the meal and I discovered that a salad was not fresh, moreover THE vegetables had not been washed. I 'was' (niepotr) found pieces of dirt on the lettuce leaves. That was 'a' (niepotr) distasteful.
I was still hungry, so I orderED (czas przeszly) 'to' AN apple pie.
Unfortunately, THE apple pie was stale and dry. I was angry, so I called
THE waiter. He claimed that it had been freshly BAKED, 'becouse' (prosze popraw to slowo, i nigdy wiecej nie pisz jego w ten sposob) 'that' IT was made that
morning, but I 'thnik' (ortog) THAT he 'was' (niepotr - was nie jest potrzebne, czasownik 'lied' oznacza ze to czas przeszly) lied!
