I want to express my strong dissatisfaction with my staying on ski camp in Sweden that you offer.
The worst thing was accomodation. I paid high rent so iI though I got well-lit room en suite bathroom. But I had to share it in hall with another fourteen people. Three times I had to wait to my turn for two hours. In the questionnaire I wrote I didn't like noisy girls and smokers. Some concidence I got nasty smoker.
I decided I came back earlier. When we in travel our bus had twice a flat tyre. Second once driver didn't have extra wheel and everyone staying in cold bus without eating half day when service came.
Nevertheless, I hope you will give me other, better trip or a full refund.
