Dear Sir or Madame,
I am writing to complain about the weekly swimming class for advanced swimmers at your local leisure centre.
First of all, classes started late 6.20 twice, while they should have started at 6. Therefore, they lasted two briefly and I think it is unfair for the students.
Secondly, instructors are advertised as experienced, but they could not answer my questions. I am very disappointed.
Thirdly, life-saving option was not available because there was group of twenty noisy school children at the swimming pool las week.
I hope that this matter will recive your prompt attention and situations like this will never rescur. Unless I recive a full explantion in writing from you within a few days, I will cancel my class and request my fees back.
