-possibilities of mistaken choice of staff

Opportunities
-lack of alternative form of spending free time in near surroundings
-popularization of healthy lifestyle
-lack of competitors in near surroundings

Threats
-possibilities of appearance of competitors
-growth of indispensable payment
-growth of unemployment
-lack of customer’s attachment to new business

-starting (launching?) a new business venture (lack of experience? why exactly is this a weakness?

-possibilitY of mistaken assessment of demand (isn't this more a risk/threat than a weakness?

You haven't said much about location - who are you attracting? business people? Is the setting downtown or suburban? is parking important? what about access on weekends?
What about financing for equipment? bank loans? Is financing fixed or variable? Can owner get caught in a credit squeeze?
