czasem mam takie dni że płaczę bez powodu.. Po prostu boję się tego co będzie dalej.

I have such days sometimes that I am crying without the reason.. I am simply afraid of what will be farther.

I sometimes have the days that I cry without a reason. I'm simply afraid of my future.
Niedosłownie, ale myślę, że oddaje sens. Skonsultuj jeszcze z kimś to zdanie, bo na bank nie jestem pewna ;)

A może by tak:
Sometimes I've got such days I cry without a reason. I'm simply afraid of it, what will be further.

Sometimes, I have days that I cry without (a) reason...I'm simply afraid of what will come next.
