I am writing in regards to the problem with the CD player Model WYZ, which I have bought [the reduced, nie wiem co to ma znaczyc] at your shop one week ago.
The player worked properly only for two days, but now I'm unable to [rewind, you rewind tapes] reverse or fast-forward the disc.
I must assure you, that I am not the one to blame for what has happened. I did not abuse the player in any way.
I will be grateful, if you would consider giving me a full refund, because I am not satisfied with this equipment.
I hope you will give this matter your immediate attention.
