My name is XYZ. I am writing to complain about the excursion to Spain which I went on during 20.09.2009-29.09.2009 with your tourist agency "Fun Sun". I want to
express strong dissatisfaction about the standard of accomodation in the hotel.
Firstly I want to express my dissatisfaction with leaky shower, which flooded floor in the bathroom. Moreover, when I checked I was informed that my room has acces to TV, there was not even a television. These problem spoiled my holiday because instead relaxing and enjoying the weather I had to keep wiping the floor in the bathroom, and instead watching football with my friends, I had to look for a bar showing the match.
For these reasons, I would like to know how you plan to solve this problem maybe request that the cost of staying at your hotel be fully refunded to me
