I am writing in connection with a property rental. I want to find a flat for rent. I would like to live in the flat with 2 small rooms, kitchen and bathroom. I written because I had read the advertisement in a newspaper about renting a flat in London.
Could you tell me where is the nearest shop and any means of transport?
I would like to get to know whether is there any place for practise sport and any centre of culture in neighbourhood?
I would also to be informed whether are in a flat TV set and a shower?
