This text is about Mij, otter, who is a wonderful swimmer, at his best in deep water. He loved the waves and adventures. As time went on he got more adventurous and he used to desappear for hours. On one ocassion, Mij stayed away all day and all night. Mr. Maxwell, his protector, looked all over, but he couldn't find Mij. When he came back to home, he saw large, wet footprints on the floor and heard sounds, which Mij used to make when he came to empty room. Suddenly Mij appeared. His harness was badly torn. Probably he got caught on some piece of wood or metal and hed been prisoner for hours. Fortunately he had finally managed to bite through the leather and get free.
