Dear Sir or Madame,
Three weeks ago I ordered a shoes that bought in your shop. When I opened the box, I looked that this product isn't meeting my expectations. I was pleased to find that black colour. I wanted grey ! Where I put on my shoes I looked that the size was too small for me !
I wrote the e-mail to you but I haven't got a response. I can returning this product and get a new shoes. You can image how disappointed I was when I looked this shoes, so if you cant't send me o new shoes, I am demanding the refund of my money.
