Trudne zdanie, jak to napisać w języku angielskim?

Bardzo proszę o pomoc w tym zdaniu nie wiem jak je napisać aby było w 100% prawidłowo: "Możesz dodawać wideo jedynie w języku angielskim poza video, których wartość nie wynika z przekazywanego tekstu, a z sytuacji lub wydarzenia w nim przedstawionych."

Napisz samodzielnie tak jak potrafisz i jest możliwe że ktoś sprawdzi;)

Taka jest moja wersja jednak nie jestem do niej przekonany.

So tell me .... two commas to join the statements with a but - it's such a clumsy sentence, I'm not even 100% sure I understand the exact meaning of the statement.
Anyway....is this better ???
