Exclusion of Other Provisions
Only those parts of the Agreement that are listed in 1.4 constitute parts of the Agreement, not the Contractor's offer, any preliminary agreements, written records that are not listed under 1.4 or other correspondence, in particular in connection with the conclusion of this Agreement.
