REPORT CONCERNING QUARTERLY PROFIT OF FOOTBALL CLUBS

Introductions:
The aim of this report is present profit of three football clubs in the year 2002: Greenwhich F.C., Rovers F.C., Blackpool F.C. It was written based on charts shows quarterly profit figures of this football clubs. This information could be useful for share holders to invest in suitable club.
Findings:
Throughout 2002 year the profit of this clubs considerably fluctuate. Greenwhich had the best position at the beginning of the year, whereas Blackpool had the lowest profit. But during this year the situation changed dramatically. Profit of Greenwhich plummeted from 50,000Ł to 18,000Ł in first quarter. In second quarter profit recorded slow increase to by 12,000Ł and then declined to 10,000Ł. At the end of the year profit remained on this lowest point.
However profit of Blackpool throughout period gradually grow from 20,000Ł to 50,000Ł. It was the best result at the end of the year 2002.
The third club Rovers started year from 40,000Ł and reached a bottom al level 10,000Ł. During second and third quarter profit dramatically rocked and reach a pick at level 55,000. At the end of this year the profit slowly decreased by 15,000.
Conclusion:
One of football club, Blackpool had a upward trend throughout 2002 year and finished this year at the highest point. The worst result obtained the Greenwhich F.C. During the year their profit gone down from 50,000Ł to 10,000Ł. Profit of Rovers F.C. recorded significant fluctuation.
Recommendation:
Blackpool recorded stable increase in 2002 year. At present it is the most certain football club with growing trend.
