Soon will be Christmas, and I must know who want have holiday, and in which day.
If you want holiday, you must tell about them Simon in Admin Dept. You can tell him either personally in room 245 or you can call to extension telephone 450. You should do this instantly. You must tell him how date you want holiday. You should take holiday by 31 December – then it will be paid out.
On 25 and 26 December all staff have idle days.
