ACCOUNT MANAGER: The job title for a person whose primary responsibility is to work with customers on renewals to keep the rental agreements in good standing. In some companies, the Account Manager also delivers the merchandise, demonstrates its use, explains the rental agreement to the customer and receives the initial payment.
DEPARTMENT MANAGER: these managers control and operate an entire department and the personnel within. These managers generally give the day to day operational orders within the department, conduct disciplining of employees, and conduct employee reviews. These people are generally assisted by Supervisors, who are a form of management, but posses only the powers of seniority and signing of orders and rainchecks
EXPENSE ACCOUNT: an account to which salespersons or executives can charge travel and entertainment expenses
