Is the sentence "There are {young people} even from India" OK?

Ostatnio na zajęciach Brytyjczyk nam tłumaczył, że w Uk (zwł Angllii) bardziej popularne jest używanie young people na młodzież. 'youth' jest używane [teraz] w wiekszosci jako adj (w UK), choć można powiedzieć the youth, choć jest to raczej w piśmie używane. Podał też róznice między youngsters and teenagers.

Nie chodzi mi konkretnie o "youth".

czy naprawde z tego listu nie wynika, o jakim miejscu ona pisze, zeby stosowac here etc. :?
