Jak najlepiej przetłumaczyć "zastrzega się" w poniższym zdaniu? Na razie przychodzi mi do głowy tylko "it is stipulated"

"Zastrzega się, że postanowienia ust. ... nie mają zastosowania do..."

Please note/bear in mind chyba raczej nie, bo to jest umowa...

Proponuję tak:

It is stipulated (that) these/the following provisions will not apply to....

Poprawka:

It is stipulated (that) the provisions of Paragraph/Section/Subheading/Subparagraph.... ( zależności od struktury dokumentu) shall not apply to....




"Zastrzega się, że postanowienia ust. ... nie mają zastosowania do..."
