I am writing to complain about copy I ordered from your point. I am a sholarship in England. I lended from library book on two days. I took book from your point xerox. I need this copy in two days.this copy is for me very important because are this materials indisensable me to homework. I can't her make it so again becausr would go out black and daub pages. I don't be dissatisfaction with the servise, the women it is very rude to me. I feel I am entitled to receive a fuul refund, because this copy been hopelessly.
