naturalne byłoby tu użycie formy has

Has, ale wersja z 'have' również byłaby poprawna tutaj, z powodu the rule of proximity'.

A czy 'the rule of proximity' nie stosuje się tylko przy 'coordination'?

Nie wydaje mi sie przede wszystkim zeby 'development' bylo collective noun i 'notionally' mozna to bylo odebrac jako plural wiec 'principle of proximity' tak naprawde nie ma tu nic do rzeczy i dla tego musi byc 'has'

tak ale nie tylko, tu nie ma koordynacji:

Ja nie przepuszczalem ze tak lubisz te wisienki czy tam inne czeresienki, no ale nikomu przeciez nie mozna zabronic, to jest zdrowe w zasadzie, nie?
Ja np wole borowki amerykanskie, dobre sa na wszystko, szczegolnie na pamiec, chociaz i tak mam prawie 'fenomenalna'.

As you're much into cherries and we know it .. here's an alternative. You don't necessarily have to eat cherries to make you feel randy or something. A good rare-medium steak would do just fine instead.:)
