a czy summons to nie będzie wstawić się w sądzie?
ja nie byłem z żadnym sądzie, ja po prostu dostałem list ze stanem faktycznym, że rozprawa się odbyła i zostałem ukarany...
Yep, to appear in court for your hearing, that's by definition ... and 'supposition', haha,
but your physical court appearance is not always the case, not necessarily.
At least that's how farebeaters and turnstile jumpers are usually handled in most U.S. states,
you get a pink/yellow/whatever summons ticket where it says how much and when you have to pay and if you plead guilty and sign in the right place and pay that fine (even by mail), in most cases you don't have to appear in court, otherwise they're 'gonna whoop yo ass':)
w Polsce fare evasion jest prowadzone w postepowaniu administracyjnym
w trybie egzekucyjnym, pewnie miales najpierw wezwanie do zaplaty, olales to
a pozniej sadowy nakaz zaplaty, przeciw w ciagy 2 tygodni nie zlozyles,
to sie uprawomocnilo co bylo automatycznie podstawa do wszczecia egzekucji.
Chcesz to dokladie komus tlumaczyc? Be my guest.
A jak to przetlumaczyc? Tak jak potrafisz, najprostrzymi slowami, na pewno potrafisz
