Można by powiedzieć ze nie pozostawia ono duzo dla wyobrazni czlowkieka , ale wiem ze istnieja ludzie z bardzo duza wyobraznia..

Sądzę że bez "some" będzie bardziej formalnie.

ok, you can say "great imagination", so I guess you could also say "outstanding imagination" BUT "wybujala wyobraźnia" to taka w której rośnie wiele różnych rzeczy, innymi slowy "żyzna wyobraźnia" - fertile.

Actually, I have never contemplated that. I admit it -- I have no such word. But even if "fertile" is the best much, does it obliterate all alternatives -- especially if, like in this case, a special tilt was expected?

Not exactly -- "wybujała" to przerośnięta, ponadnormalna. "Żyzna" to "tylko" doskonała,bardzo dobra.

Ejże -- przecież całe zdanie ugina się od zamierzonej ironii (już w oryginale).

Przyznaję, że "wybujały" nie jest dobrym odpowiednikiem. Może "wybitny".
