Czy zdanie "I hope we will have the chance to meet" jest poprawne?
Jak inaczej możemy powiedzieć "Mam nadzieję, że będziemy mieli okazję się spotkać"?

I hope we (will) get a chance to meet. - 'will' jest opcjonalne

Option, optional emphasize right or privilege of choosing. One opts in or opts out, according to one's desire.

"To" after "hope" is not optional.

Chance deals in the realm of unpredictability, likelihood, favorable opportunity…
Opportunity implies an appropriate time or suitable occasion.

I hope to see you (then, again, soon, when we get there,…)

Are you effectively saying that 'I hope we will meet' is the only way you can say that?

No, I am not.
But chance, occasion, opportunity… contribute their own respective meanings, which may or may not be called for.

Right. I still can't seem to see a difference in the question of which to choose if any of the possibility notions were called for.
